Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025 | Last Updated: August 2025
TechSuffice LLC provides professional technology consulting, software development, systems integration, quality assurance, cloud, data, and related professional services. Because many services involve customized professional work, project-specific labor, consulting time, development work, research, configuration, and deliverables, refund eligibility may depend on the applicable client agreement, statement of work, order, or engagement terms.
1. General Policy
Refunds are considered according to the specific service agreement and applicable law. A general website inquiry does not create a paid service obligation.
2. Consultation Services
If a paid consultation is offered, any cancellation or refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase. If a consultation has not yet occurred, cancellation may qualify for a refund depending on the applicable booking terms. Once significant consultation time has been provided, the fee may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
3. Custom Software Development
Custom development services involve reserved professional resources, planning, analysis, development, testing, and project work. Payments for completed or substantially completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement or required by law.
4. Deposits and Project Payments
Project deposits may be used to reserve resources and begin project work. Whether a deposit is refundable will depend on the applicable contract or statement of work.
5. Subscriptions or Recurring Services
If TechSuffice offers recurring services or subscriptions, cancellation and refund terms will be stated in the applicable order or service agreement. Cancellation of a recurring service does not automatically create a refund for previously delivered services.
6. Duplicate Payments
If a customer accidentally makes a verified duplicate payment, TechSuffice may review the transaction and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate amount.
7. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact TechSuffice promptly with the relevant transaction information. We will investigate billing disputes and correct verified errors where appropriate.
8. Non-Refundable Work
To the extent permitted by law and contract, fees associated with completed consulting hours, completed development milestones, delivered digital materials, customized work, third-party costs, or other completed professional services may be non-refundable.
9. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted to:
contact@techsufficellc.com
Please include:
• Your name and company
• Email address and phone number
• Invoice or transaction information
• Service involved
• Reason for the request
10. Review Process
Refund requests may be reviewed based on:
• Applicable contract and statement of work
• Payment history and work already completed
• Project status and nature of the service
• Applicable law
11. Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
12. Third-Party Fees
Third-party charges may be subject to the policies of the relevant third-party provider and may not be refundable by TechSuffice.
13. Changes to This Policy
TechSuffice may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
